1. Overview

This website is operated by CANCUN.STORE, By accessing this site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, specifically the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).

2. Products & Pricing

  • Prices may be displayed in US Dollars (USD) as an approximate reference for international visitors. For local delivery within Mexico, orders are charged and settled in Mexican Pesos (MXN) at checkout; any USD amount shown is approximate and based on an indicative exchange rate.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Product images are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • Product availability is subject to current stock levels.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased and received by individuals 18 years or older, in compliance with Mexican law.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

Delivery time estimates (e.g. "~2 hours") are estimates only and not guaranteed; they may vary based on availability, traffic, hotel access, weather, and demand.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full return and refund terms, including your 5-day right of withdrawal under Mexican consumer law.

6. Experience Bookings

  • Tours and experiences listed on CANCUN.STORE are provided by verified third-party partners.
  • When you book an experience, you are redirected to our partner's website to complete the transaction.
  • Cancellation and refund policies for experiences are governed by the respective partner's terms.
  • CANCUN.STORE acts as a referral service and is not liable for the execution of third-party experiences.

    Experiences are provided by independent third-party operators and we may earn a commission for referrals. We are not responsible for their operation, safety, cancellation, or refunds; the operator's terms apply.

7. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of CANCUN.STORE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Product Use, Health & Safety. 
Product information is general and is not medical, health, or professional advice. Personal-care and cosmetic products are for external use; do a patch test and discontinue if irritation occurs. Dietary supplements have not been evaluated by COFEPRIS and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; consult a physician before use. Always follow the manufacturer's label, instructions, and expiration dates. Certain products (including condoms and party items) are sold to adults 18+ only; by ordering you confirm you meet the legal age. We are a retailer/reseller, not the manufacturer; trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

CANCUN.STORE shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, hotel access restrictions, or carrier delays.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be resolved through PROFECO's conciliation process or before the competent courts in Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
